How to join the effort
If you are interested in forming a bargaining unit at your workplace here are some things that you can do:
First, check if you are eligible

Unfortunately, supervisors are not eligible. We'd love to include everyone, but this is a legal requirement of 5 USC 7103(a)(2)(b). Most other staff should be eligible to join. If box 37 of your SF-50 shows 7777 then keep reading and submit a card!
Next, check if there an existing campaign

Check if there an existing organizing campaign in your region. If so, reach out to the identified point of contact.
Sign an interest card

Several USFWS organizing committees are still actively collecting Showing of Interest cards. Gathering a sufficient number of cards is a critical step in the process towards forming a union. You can help by completing a card and submitting it to an appropriate organizing committee. Or BETTER YET, print several cards using this PDF, and get your colleagues to also submit.

IMPORTANT: Cards must be physically signed using "wet ink". No digital signatures are allowed!
Print a card (or print a full page and share with your friends!)
Complete all fields. Make sure to use your PERSONAL contact information.
Sign the physical card.
Take a photo of the completed card and email it to the appropriate organizer. (or become a point of contact and gather and submit multiple cards for those at your location)
If you are unsure of your point of contact, check the list of organizers, or send an email to UNITE@fwsafge.org.
